Access Protocol for the
USC President's Office Archives

To examine materials in the USC President's Office Archives, please submit a written request to the University Archivist, outlining the scope of your research and identifying the files you are interested in examining. The Archivist will submit your request to the President's Office, which will reply directly to you. If your request is granted, please bring a copy of the letter permitting access to the Archives with you on your visit.

Archival materials from the office of the sitting President, currently C. L. Max Nikias, are not available for research.

Access will be supervised by the Archives staff as per regular Archives reading room procedures, and a rough draft of any composition using materials from the Archives must be submitted to the Archivist for review before publication.
