Rush service, with guaranteed delivery by the next business day is available for a fee of $25 per request. Rush requests must be turned in to Global Express staff (Doheny 306) in person by noon.
Global Express provides service for eligible users who have a current USC library card and are in good standing with the library. Eligible users include current USC faculty (including emeriti and visiting faculty), USC students, and USC staff. Faculty, students, and staff in the Law and Health Sciences schools are not eligible. Courtesy card holders, including alumni, are also not eligible to use Global Express.
Request forms are available in the Reference Center. This is also where items borrowed through Global Express are picked up and returned.
The basic Global Express service is free.
