Charlie Chaplin Studios
The Charlie Chaplin Studios were constructed in 1918, one of Hollywood's
first complete studios. The original structures included his home,
offices, and studios. Many of his films, including "The Gold Rush," were
filmed here in the 1920s and 1930s.
Since 1966 the property, now very reduced in size, have been owned by A&M
Records. It includes 2.2 acres, 3 sound stages, and production
facilities. It is located at 1416 N. La Brea Avenue.
