One of these, King's College (founded 1441) houses the collection of Edward Dent, who was one of its longtime teachers. Case Western Reserve University--founded in 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio, it consists of 13 schools and colleges. The papers of Thomas Munro are on deposit at the University. Munro, who worked at the Cleveland Museum of Art, was president of the American Society of Aesthetics and the editor of the Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism. Schoenberg was involved with preparation of lectures for the meetings of the Society and prepared an article for the Journal.

Cykler, Edmond A. [C15]

Edmond Cykler--student in Schoenberg's first series (Spring 1935) of ad hoc analysis classes in Hollywood. Cykler gave a party for Schoenberg, his family, and the other students in his home on 2 June 1935, at the end of the series of classes. Cykler remained a social friend of Schoenberg until the former left Los Angeles in 1947.
