    Photograph album put together by Steve Travellla on November 11, 1987, to record the Los Angeles presence at the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, October 9-13, 1987. The note on the inside cover reads: "For Jim Kepner, for all you've done on our behalf and for all that the International Gay & Lesbian Archvies means to our community... a photo account of LA's presence at the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights, October 9-13, 1987. From Steve Travella of Santa Monica, November 28, 1987."

  • The Lens, the newsletter of the American Association of Social Workers, Los Angeles Chapter (0462)
    This small collection contains 19 issues (an incomplete run) of "The Lens", the newsletter of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Association of Social Workers. The newsletters contain general information of interest to the chapter's members, including profiles of various Los Angeles social agencies and schools; brief announcements of lectures and other events of interest; essays on various social work topics; notes on activities of sister agencies; and lists of members.
  • The Simpsons drawings and records (Coll2013.041)
    Drawings and records used during November 1991 in production of the television show The Simpsons. Includes notes, retake sheets, outlines, budget records, artwork for "The Otto Show" episode (aired April 23, 1992), and a storyboard for the "Homer Alone" episode (aired February 6, 1992).

    This collection primarily consists of twentieth century theater programs from New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and London. However, it also includes nineteenth century prompt books, souvenir programs, and theater programs from the Midwest (especially Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota).

    Newspaper clippings (reviews, interviews, obituaries, cast lists) pertaining to New York theatrical life, ca. 1896-98.
  • Thompson (Merritt) papers (Coll2013.039)
    The Merritt Thompson papers, 1896-1970, consists of Thompson's professional and family correspondence, manuscripts and articles he wrote and collected on the topic of education, course materials used in his education classes, translated Inca stories, photographs of his professional and personal life, and documentation of his travels. Thompson was an education professor at the University of Southern California as well as a founding member of ONE Institute of Homophile Studies, the first academic institution in the United States devoted to the study of homosexuality.
  • Thoreau (Diane) theatre playbills scrapbook (6055)
    Large scrapbook created by Diane Thoreau containing playbills and programs for theatrical performances in Los Angeles and New York, 1940-1949. Ms. Thoreau was a high school teacher in Ventura County who donated this scrapbook to the USC School of Theatre in 2002.
  • Tidball (Aneita) papers (0437)
    The Aneita Tidball papers consist of correspondence, memorandums and reports, 1951-1956, created primarily by Aneita Tidball in the course of her duties for the United Community Defense Service.
  • Tierney (David) alternative comics (Coll2013.009)
    A collection of ten David Teirney alternative comics produced between 1989-1991. Selling for 3 dollars each, the erotically-oriented stories consist of black ink drawings and text on white paper, each being about 20-25 pages long and having a unique solid-color cardboard cover.
  • Timme (Robert H.) interviews (5263)
    Digital videocassettes and CDs of interviews with artists and architects, and USC architecture and arts student projects. Robert Timme was the Dean of the School Architecture at USC from 1996-2005.
  • Title XX, USC Training Series, Child Protective Services training materials (0451)
    The Title XX, USC Training Series, Child Protective Services training materials consists of the workbook and two cassette tapes of a Title XX training program, conducted at USC, on child protective services. Among others, Dr. John Milner and Dr. June Brown of the USC School of Social Work helped to develop this program, and it is they who speak on the tapes.
  • Tokyo War Crimes Tribunal Proceedings Transcripts (3258)
    The International Military Tribunal for the Far East (Tokyo War Crimes Trial) was conducted between April 29, 1946 and April 16, 1948, with the judgment delivered November 4-12, 1948. 28 Japanese former politicians, officials, and military leaders were put on trial. 419 witnesses appeared in person before the court, and an additional 779 submitted affidavits or depositions. The proceedings were divided into fifteen phases of the Prosecution's case and six divisions for the defence.     Johnny Townsend photographs of gay male friends at home in New Orleans, 1989. Biographies of the men are included at the beginning of the collection.

  • Training Institute for Probation, Parole and Institutional Staff reports (0443)
    This collection consists of the "Report[s] of Fifth Annual Training Institute for Probation, Parole and Institutional Staff" held at the University of California, Berkeley, for the years 1953, 1954, 1956, 1957, 1958, and 1959. There is also a copy of the "Lectures of the Fourteenth Annual Training Institute for Probation, Parole and Institutional Staff" held at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1962. The University of California, Berkeley, Schools of Social Welfare and Criminology sponsored the annual institutes, in cooperation with such California state agencies as the California Youth Authority and with such private organizations as the California State Juvenile Officers Association.

  • Transgender information resources collection (Coll2014.027)
    Directories, clippings, pamphlets, flyers, manuscripts, bibliographies, brochures, and other information resources, 1975-1998, pertaining to transgender support services, health care, and gender identity issues. The bulk of the collection is material regarding male-to-female (MTF) transition.
  • Tretter (Jean-Nickolaus) Night Rivers audiocassette collection (Coll2012.169)
    This collection comprises audio recordings of Night Rivers, 1993-1998, a weekly gay and lesbian classical music radio program in Minnesota, produced and hosted by Jean-Nickolaus Tretter.
