Spaces

Multi-Group Study Space: Designed for collaboration, the Multi-Group Study Space, located on the 2nd floor (SSL 203), provides tables, chairs, and whiteboards on wheels to enable teams to rearrange the room according to each group's needs. The room is intended for use by multiple groups of students simultaneously, on a drop-in basis (no reservations). Tables of different sizes are designed to enable each team to pick the configuration that suits their activity. The space includes wireless connectivity and easy-access to electrical outlets. Dry-erase markers are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. This room was renovated during Spring 2009 thanks to a grant from the Anton Burg Foundation.

Video-Conference Room: Located in the southeast corner of the 2nd floor (SSL 204), the Video-Conference Room is also available for group study when not needed for video-conferencing. Consult the Circulation Desk regarding reservations.

Wired Study Carrels: Wired laptop carrels in the southwest corners of the 2nd & 3rd floors provide easy connectivity to power and data on the desktop. Ethernet cables are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. [Reminder: laptops must first be registered with Information Technology Services (ITS: http://www.usc.edu/its/connect/registration.html) to activate access].

Study Carrels: All carrels around the perimeter of the 2nd & 3rd floors have ready-access to electrical outlets.
