Collections

The History of Science monographs and journals are primarily in the Edward L. Doheny Memorial Library. There are some monographs and journals in the history of science in both the Hoose Library of Philosophy and the Science and Engineering Library. USC is fortunate to have the Hancock Collection of rare books in natural history housed in Special Libraries and Archival Collections in the Edward L. Doheny Memorial Library and HOMER, the on-line catalog, when searching for a book or journal title to find call number and location. The collection in the history of science supports all undergraduate and graduate research from various disciplines concerned with the origin and development of scientific thought.
