- Baccalaureate M.D.-Bravo Science Tutoring
- Baccalaurate M.D. students, freshmen and sophomores tutor freshman- and sophomore-level Francisco Bravo Magnet High School students in the sciences and other areas to enable them to continue to excel in science, math and social studies. The students are tutored for approximately eight weeks, two hours per week.

- Best Buddies
- Best Buddies strives to enhance the lives of people who have intellectual disabilities through one-to-one friendships with college students. USC volunteers offer a "buddy" the chance to have a friendship outside of their own environment.

- Bill Cosby Summer Youth Institute for Film and Television
- An intensive summer course in film and television for students in the USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative created by Bill Cosby, the William Morris Agency, the USC School of Cinema-Television and the USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative. Over the course of six weeks, participants write, cast, shoot, edit and design sound for two film or television projects. The group also takes part in seminars with college students in the USC School of Cinema-Television's Summer Production Workshop.

- Black Alumni Association
- For over 25 years, the Black Alumni Association at the University of Southern California has successfully reached out to African American students to provide financial aid and mentoring support. Founded by the late Dr. Rev. Thomas Kilgore, Jr., in 1976, the USC BAA (originally named USC Ebonics Support Group) is a unique alumni support organization with a primary goal to provide services to USC African American alumni.

- Blood Donor Center
- The USC Blood Donor Center provides blood to USC University Hospital and Norris Cancer Research Center. The center partners with local organizations such as churches, schools and government agencies to communicate the importance of giving blood and to address any anxiety regarding blood donation. The center also works with community groups to coordinate blood drives.

- Bogart/USC Family of Five Teacher Awards
- This annual award recognizes teachers from the schools that made up the original USC Family of Five Schools. Endowed by Mr. and Mrs, Nelson T. Bogart, the awards recognize outstanding teachers whose efforts go above and beyond the call of duty. Awards are presented in conjunction with the ECCLA/USC Teacher Recognition Awards.

- Bravo High School Biomedical Research Course
- Francisco Bravo Medical Magnet High School biomedical students learn and carry out research projects in USC research laboratories and under the direction of USC Health Sciences Campus faculty during the school year. The research is presented in high school science fairs, and projects have gone on to win honors at county, state and national science fair competitions. The students gain a working knowledge of specific lab techniques, an in-depth appreciation of their mentor's research project, and the methods utilized in scientific investigations.
