- Health Affairs Outreach
- The associate vice president for Health Affairs cultivates relations with the communities adjacent to the USC Health Sciences Campus and serves as a resource for the community as well as for USC administrative and academic units.

- Health Professions Schools In Service to the Nation
- Community-service experiential-learning concepts are introduced to dental students and dental hygiene students as integrated parts of community dentistry coursework. Service activities include oral health education for school children, oral screening in health fairs and participation in Mobile Dental Clinics and in the USC/URM Dental Clinic for the Homeless. In 2004, more than 360 USC students participated at community sites and schools, providing education and clinical service to more than 4,000 clients.

- Helenes
- Helenes are involved with the cultural, communal, athletic and social aspects of campus life. They are supporters of campus events such as Spirits in Action, Swim with Mike, Friends and Neighbors, Preview USC and Founders Day.

- High School Leadership Conference on International Affairs
- The conference is an annual event of the Teaching International Relations Program (TIRP), sponsored by the USC School of International Relations and the Center for Active Learning in International Studies. The conference introduces high school students to the university environment, research methods, case evaluation and world issues. Over 50 undergraduate and graduate students in international relations spend the day with 250 participating high school students.

- Hispanic Scholarship Fund - Scholar Chapter
- Established as a university chapter of the national Hispanic Scholarship Fund, the chapter's goals are to facilitate the educational and professional success of Latino students by promoting principles and practices of high academic achievement. Specifically, the HSF helps students to leverage the resources in order to attain their chosen degree, develop professional skills, and serve as mentors and peer resources for other students.

- Hispanic/Latino Tobacco Education Partnership
- The Hispanic/Latino Tobacco Education Partnership seeks to address secondhand smoke by working on voluntary policies and compliance in the Hispanic community, provide technical assistance and training, support the Statewide Hispanic Media Campaign to counter tobacco use, and to promote the California Smokers Helpline.

- Historic California Collections Initiative
- The purpose of the Historic California Collections Initiative is to seek primary research materials about Southern California's founding families.

- HSC Transportation Services Toy/Food Drive
- Each year, commencing the first working day after the Thanksgiving holiday, Transportation Services holds an annual toy drive at the USC Health Sciences Campus. Barrels are displayed at the parking structure and gate entrances and toys/food are collected until the middle of December. Toys are distributed at the Wyvernwood Projects located on Olympic and Soto, local area churches and Murchison Street Elementary School.
