The Galen Center at USC
Description: A 255,000-square-foot arena with 10,258 seats to support USC mens and womens basketball and volleyball, and a 45,000-square-foot pavilion including three practice courts and offices.
Location: Southeast corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Figueroa Street
Projected Completion Date: Summer 2006
Parking: A 1,200-space parking structure to be built between the Radisson Hotel and Flower Street

- Venue for Kids In Sports, Summer Sports Camp, Kids Corner.
Each of these programs provides opportunities for children to attend games, receive training, meet athletes, etc.

- Launch of the Arts in Sports Program providing docent-led educational tours of the works of art at the Galen Center
- Local school graduation ceremonies
- Venue for regional Academic Decathlon
- Venue for high school sports championships
- Complimentary tickets, as available, for sports events through selected community groups
Figueroa Corridor investment:
- A new university and community facility providing an anchor at the corner of Figueroa & Jefferson
