Excellence - West is proud to announce our public
lecture series for 2008-2009.
Join K-12 teachers, the public, and
professional ocean science researchers to explore current research in the ocean sciences and its relationship to our daily lives.
Teachers and informal educators are
invited to meet with the speakers and COSEE-West staff
at the event for more content information and to discuss ways to teach the topics in your classrooms.
Lectures are open to everyone and are appropriate for high school students and adults.
However, if you would like a copy of the educators' packet of background materials and resources related to the lecture topic, please register in advance.
