1. Entries are limited to one main course and one dessert
entry per person/team.
2. Please arrive by 6:00PM ready to serve food.
3. No onsite stoves or ovens are provided. Please bring
entries precooked and ready to serve potluck style.
Microwaves and power outlets will be available if needed.
4. Provide enough food for 20 small servings, 5 will be
reserved for judging.
5. Drinks, plates, utensils and napkins will be provided but
please bring any serving dishes or serving utensils needed.
6. Provide a recipe of dish and cooking instructions for a
cookbook that will be provided to all participants
7. Have fun sharing food with fellow students!
Judging
Judging will be based on quality and taste of food, presentation
creativity. Ethnic and original dishes are encouraged. Winners
will be selected by highest overall judge’s score. In the case of
a tie, judges will vote on an overall winner. A fist, second and
third place winner will be decided in both main course and
dessert categories.
