Once your organization is officially recognized by the university and your organiation's treasurer has attended a finance orientation meeting with the GPSS Finance Chair, you may begin requesting funds from GPSS. The following is a list of forms you will need to apply for funding through GPSS.
NOTE : Only "ONLINE Budget Proposal APPLICATION" will be accepted. No Hand-delivered applications accepted.
Once your funding is approved, then "Students Expense Request Form" or CAER form needs to be hand-delivered to Ms. Cynthia Brass in GPSS office.
Funding Proposals Deadlines:
(1) Proposals of $1,000 or more will be considered by the full GPSS Senate at its monthly meetings during the Fall
Semester (check senate meeting schedule). These proposals are due by 4pm on Thursday at least 5 weeks prior to the event/meeting.
(2) Proposals of LESS than $1,000 will be considered by the GPSS Executive Board at its weekly meetings during the
Fall Semester (every Monday evening when there is no GPSS Senate meeting). These proposals are due by 4pm on Thursday at least 3 weeks prior to the event/meeting.
