Sunshine Mission Thanksgiving Dinner!

Sunshine Mission is a homeless women’s shelter on Hoover/Adams. The OT department has been hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for the past several years. Volunteer your talents! Looking for decorators, public relations, entertainment chair, raffle host, collecting local donations, gift bag chair, and food gatherers. Friends and Neighbors Service Day!

USC Volunteer Center hosts these one day service events that take place on Saturdays throughout the school year and provide a great opportunity to meet fellow students as well as get involved in the surrounding community. Some of the past projects included beautification, community gardening, friendly visiting, hunger and homelessness, and painting projects, etc.
GPSS and USG will have a joint group representing on Friends and Neighbors Service Day. If you are interested in volunteering (or have a specific project in mind), please contact gpsscs@usc.edu
