Application, Abstract, and Resume Submission - Deadline January 31, 2008 by midnight

Application: Complete the online application and submit at the same time as your abstract and resume.

Abstract: Submit an abstract of no more than 500 words, single spaced, 12 pt font, addressing the following:

Business Name
Team name and team members names
Business proposition (product/service/technology)
Potential First Customer
Benefit or value proposition for the customer
Distribution - how you will deliver the benefit to the customer
Business model (how you will create and capture value - how will you make money?)
A brief description of the market research that has been completed so far.

Resumes: Submit one-page resumes of all team members following the abstract in the same Word document

Submission Requirements: Submit abstract and resumes IN A SINGLE WORD DOCUMENT (no docx files) to Techcenter@marshall.usc.edu. Please put [applicant last name]_BP_abstract in the subject line of the email and in the label for the file.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL THAT YOU ARE A QUALIFIED PARTICIPANT IN THE COMPETITION AFTER WE DETERMINE THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET AS OF JANUARY 31. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US BY FEBRUARY 5, PLEASE CONTACT Dr. Kathleen Allen.
