Honorary Members Luncheon: Members meet once a year for a luncheon to interact and discuss topics of mutual interest with Honorary Members in small groups. Honorary Members are senior-level women in leadership positions at the university.

HERS Institutes: WIM oversees the selection of USC candidate(s) to attend one or more of the prestigious Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Institutes.
