Customizing myUSC
In addition to providing one-stop shopping for your essential online USC, myUSC allows you to create a personalized portal of your online and USC interests. Your myUSC layout is comprised of customizable tabs and channels.
What are tabs and channels? 
A tab is essentially a page within the portal that contains multiple channels, which are windows of content - RSS feeds, forms, lists and other items that are provided to you based on your USC status as a student, staff, or faculty member.
In addition to customizing your tabs and adding new content to your layout, you can also subscribe to different announcements topics.
