Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management

YOULONDA COPELAND-MORGAN has been a recognized leader in higher education for more than 30 years. She was recently named Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at UCLA where she will lead the University’s enrollment planning efforts focusing on the University’s mission of access, excellence and affordability.
From 2008-2012, Copeland-Morgan served as Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management and Director of Scholarships and Student Aid at Syracuse University. She also served a two-year term (2008-2010) as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the College Board and in 2009 was appointed vice chair of the College Board’s Advocacy and Policy Research Center, which was established with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to help transform education in America.Copeland-Morgan is also serving a three-year term on the Advisory Council for the UNCF/Gates Millennium Scholars and chairs the Committee on Access and Diversity for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
She spent 25 years in higher education in California and is a graduate of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Locally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the P & P Home for the Elderly and has been recognized by many community-based groups and policy makers for her contributions to education and support of K-16 initiatives.
