Case-Based & Problem-Based Teaching & Learning
Event Description
Case-Based Teaching is an excellent active learning strategy that is particularly effective in helping students develop the ability to apply concepts and ideas to practical experience and vice versa. Please join us in exploring how to best use Case-Based Teaching in your own classrooms. Cases are very effective in both large and small classes. In this workshop, we will "inhabit" a few short case studies and I will provide some practical ways to set up a case discussion so that you can teach a case the next day. Please come prepared to participate.
