USC Wins 2013 Workplace Best Practices Award from American Psychological Association
CWFL Plays Integral Role in the Efforts that were Heralded

The American Psychological Association has selected USC as one of nine organizations, nationwide, to receive “Best Practices Honors” for a program that meets the unique needs of employees.
USC’s Center for Work and Family Life was named as a model employee program, and the university is being recognized for its vision and leadership in developing the Center, whose mission includes fostering a psychologically and socially healthy workforce and culture.
The Center’s executive director John Gaspari, who traveled to Washington, DC to accept the award March 9th, says healthy relationships are at the heart of the Center’s objectives. “I believe relationships are the medium through which the best work gets done.”
