The Genotyping Core Facility in the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center provides SNP genotyping service and has the capacity to generate over one million genotypes per week. The facility supports USC faculty research and assists with project design and data analysis.
We offer SNP genotyping service based on four platforms: Illumina (Bead array), SNPlex and Taqman from Applied Biosystems and Sequencing. These four platforms complementarily meet the need for genotyping large or small numbers of SNPs.
We also offer DNA isolation, whole genome amplification, microsatellite analysis, and MethyLight analysis.
