Launched in the Spring of 2004, the USC Health Collaborative was initiated by university faculty from a wide variety of schools and disciplines and is supported by the USC Office of the Provost.
Mission & Broad Goals:
The USC Health Collaborative is a leadership forum for stimulating inter- and trans-disciplinary education and research to effectively identify and resolve health concerns facing our society, now and in the future.
Specifically, the Collaborative is intended to:
- Identify, communicate and network health and related issues and ideas across the university
- Create a collegial, multidisciplinary environment to leverage and advance the health knowledge base resident within the USC community
- Expand both internal and external awareness of USC’s leadership, scope and expertise in health.
