Jennifer Lindholm
Jennifer Lindholm is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Organizational Change at the University of California, Los Angeles and Associate Director of the Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) at the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI). Dr. Lindholm also directs HERI's Triennial National Faculty Survey and the Institute's newest program of research on spirituality in higher education.
Dr. Lindholm received her B.A. degrees in psychology and physical education from Whittier College, her M.S. in kinesiology and health promotion from California State University, Fullerton, and her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in higher education and organizational change from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to beginning her graduate work, she was a professional tennis player and coach.
Apart from her collaborative work on the spiritual development of undergraduate students, Dr. Lindholm's research focuses primarily on the structural and cultural dimensions of academic work; the career development, work experiences, and professional behavior of college and university faculty; and issues related to institutional change within colleges and universities.
