The McNair Scholars Program Application

- Personal Statement
- Research Proposal
- Resume
- Letter of Recommendation from
Faculty
- Current S.T.A.R.S. Report
Log on to OASIS
- Income Tax Forms
- Permanent residency status (if applicable)
Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend
one of the Information Sessions to learn about the
Summer Research Institute application and participation
in the McNair Scholars Program.
NOTE: Although sessions are duplicative and cover the same material at each
meeting, applicants are encouraged to attend a session as early as possible
in the fall semester. The application process is competitive; applicants
who allow 3-4 weeks of preparation time to complete the application are generally
submit higher quality applications than those who start later.
