Thomas Gustafson

Tim Gustafson researches American studies and rhetoric, particularly from the 18th and 19th centuries, and teaches a popular course on Los Angeles.  He previously served as  director of the Program in American Studies and Ethnicity and has been involved with many other facets of campus life.  Dr. Gustafson is well known as the Faculty Master for Birnkrant, a residence hall that is known for its tight community.
