2009 Renaissance Prize Winners
At the 2009 commencement, the university has recognized 56 seniors as USC Discovery Scholars. Each student has completed a culminating project in their field of study with a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Each Discovery Scholar is also entitled to enter the Discovery Scholar Prize competition. Of the 29 graduating scholars who were selected as prize finalists by their school, twelve have been nominated to receive a $10,000 prize. The twelve prize recipients form an exemplary group.
