Academic Research Fund - USC Student Senate; $1000 per undergraduate project; deadline unspecified

CRCC Research Grant - Center for Religion and Civic Culture, Sociology Department; up to $1500 per undergraduate project; deadline unspecified

East Asian Studies Center & the Freeman Foundation Sponsored Research - East Asian Studies Center; as many as twelve scholarship awards per year to undergraduate students who agree to complete a research assignment concerning East Asia, as part of a semester of study abroad

Merit Research Program - Viterbi School of Engineering, by invitation only; $2000 per year; annual renewal by March 1st

Problems Without Passports (PWP) - PWP courses allow students to engage in a complex societal problem with trans-boundary implications and design possible solutions.

Student Opportunities for Academic Research (SOAR) - SOAR provides up to $1,000 of support for eligible College majors for any non-course related research activity.

Summer Undergraduate Research Funds (SURF) - Any student in good standing and with a College major may apply for a SURF award of up to $3,000 to support a summer research project.
