Anna Krylov Awarded the 2007 Dirac Medal
Anna Krylov, Associate Professor of Chemistry at USC is the 2007 winner of the Dirac Medal from the World Association of Theoretical and Computational Chemists (WATOC).
The Dirac Medal is awarded "for the outstanding computational chemist in the world under the age of 40." Krylov was chosen for her outstanding research on new methods in electronic structure theory for the description of bond-breaking, in particular the spin-flip method.
