Washington, DC Office

USC's Washington, DC Office of Research Advancement, based in the nation's capitol, maintains and strengthens ties between the university's investigators and federal and philanthropic research sponsors. It tracks current and emerging funding priorities among federal agencies. It helps faculty to initiate or expand sponsored research programs. The office's staff also promotes USC research breakthroughs and findings to grantmaking institutions and policymakers in the region.

Steven Moldin is the Executive Director of the Washington, DC office.

Miriam Heller is the office's Director of Research Advancement in Information Technology

James Murday is the office's Associate Director for Physical Sciences.
