Shoah Foundation Institute for Visual History and Education

The USC Shoah Foundation Institute maintains the largest archive of video testimonies of Holocaust survivors and other witnesses. Its mission is to overcome prejudice, intolerance, and bigotry—and the suffering they cause—through the educational use of the Institute's visual history testimonies. In addition to providing access to the archive at institutions around the world, the Institute supports scholarship and research in many fields, develops educational products and lessons, and provides training to teachers on the use of testimony in the classroom.
