At least one semester before defending the master’s thesis, the master’s committee should be formed using the Appointment or Change of Master’s Committee form.
After downloading the form, obtain the signatures of the committee member, and then submit the form to the department chair or program director. The form will be sent to the dean for review and approval, and a copy will remain in the department.
If changes need to be made to the Master’s Committee, the Appointment or Change of Committee form should be completed and submitted to the department chair or program director as soon as possible.
