All of the documents required to submit a thesis or dissertation can be viewed and downloaded or printed.
Doctoral Students:- Approval to Submit Defended and Final Copy of Doctoral Dissertation
- Survey of Earned Doctorates (Ph.D. students only)
A signature page is not required by the University for thesis or dissertation submission. Students who are required by their school, department or program to include a signature page should consult their committee chairperson.
