USC-Taiwan Fellowships

The Taiwan USC fellowships are offered to incoming Ph.D. students who show outstanding promise for careers in academic research and teaching. Fellowships are available in all fields of study except clinical medicine and other programs that are subject to clinical fees. The fellowship includes USC tuition, an annual stipend, health insurance and all university mandatory fees. Applicants should preferably be citizens of the Republic of China.

Candidates for the Taiwan USC Fellowship should apply for admission to USC through the appropriate departmental process. Candidates should also apply to the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan by January 16, 2012. An on-line application is available at the MOE Scholarship website.
