<p>Other than the two general feasts, there are few festivities that Muslims do enjoy. These are related to different activities or functions. Some of these activities are:</p>

<p><LI><STRONG>'Aqiqah:</STRONG> It is a dinner reception to be made after a child is born. Relatives, friends, and neighbors are invited for such an occasion.</p>

<p><LI><STRONG>Walimah:</STRONG> It is a dinner reception to be made after a marriage is consummated. It is offered by the parents and/or by the married couples. Friends, relatives, and neighbors are also invited.</p>
