| Studying theology and church history piqued my interest in medieval history. I am particularly interested in 12th-century monasticism, the practice of child oblation, and ecclesiastical and societal views of children. My husband and I live in Pasadena with our two kids who are not monastic child oblates, but who do like visiting their monk friends at a nearby Benedictine Abbey. |
