Description of Research

Summary Statement of Research Interests
Professor Walsh's research interests have spanned a variety of topics in the cognitive psychology of adult development and aging. Hi scurrent research focuses on the adult development of problem solving and decision-making abilities. A second focus of Professor Walsh's work has been the examination of motivational aspects of decision making in personally consequential areas, such as health, occupation, and finance.
