Billing Information
With a physician referral, our Occupational Therapy programs and services are often covered in full or in part by insurance providers. We can accept most PPO and HMO plans as well as Worker’s Comp and Medicare.
In addition, we have contracted rates with several providers offering special access to our services often at low or no cost:
- USC Network Healthcare Plan
- Motion Picture and Television Fund
- Genesis IPA
For individuals with no physician referral, no accepted insurance or for those who prefer to pay privately, we offer a special cash discount rate. Costs vary per specific program or service; please call or email us for more detailed information.
Information for Referring Physicians
Physicians considering referring clients for occupational therapy may wish to review the Practice’s specialized services. The Division’s latest community-based treatment site is located near USC's University Park Campus at The Center for Occupation & Lifestyle Redesign.
