Resident Aesthetic Clinic

The USC Department of Dermatology is pleased to offer the following cosmetic services at a reduced cost in our Resident Aesthetic Clinic (RAC) held the third Saturdays of each month**.

For wrinkle management

            Restylane™

For treatment of unsightly leg veins

            Sclerotherapy

For treatment of facial redness

            V-beam laser

For facial rejuvenation, brown spots, and fine wrinkles

            Glycolic acid peels

The RAC was created out of a belief that aesthetics are a core part of dermatology and that residents should have adequate exposure to this field during their training. The RAC provides our dermatology residents an opportunity to learn basic aesthetic procedures under direct faculty supervision. In addition, we are meeting a need in the community for low-cost aesthetic services.

All clients are evaluated for requested services at the beginning of the appointment. An appropriate management plan is discussed with the client before any treatment is given. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Note that all procedures are performed under the guidance of an experienced faculty member.
