Central Los Angeles Services for
the Homeless Project
The Central Los Angeles Health Services for the Homeless
project is designed to assess the health and mental health
service needs of homeless people in central Los Angeles. Funded
by the Weingart Foundation and working with the Weingart Center
Association, and other health providers, the Division seeks
to expand access to preventive and primary care, specialty
services, and mental health care for homeless individuals
and families through resource development, coalition building,
education, and evaluation.
