Our residents are an energetic and diverse group, as well as being great doctors. Here’s a little information about each of them.

Favorite thing about LA: How close it is to the beach and mountains.

Shahrouz Dadfarin, MD
Where do you live? West Los Angeles
Favorite thing about LA: What fascinates me about Los Angeles is the multitude of cultures in LA County. It allows me to retain the wonderful things from my culture(Persian), and assimilate new and different aspects of other cultures into my own. I can dine at an awesome array of restaurants ranging from Crazy Fish(Sushi) to Electric Lotus(Indian).

Favorite thing about LA: Paris Hilton. Just kidding! My actual favorite thing is that I have access to hiking, camping, the ocean, snowboarding, the desert, Mexico, and Vegas... all in short day trips. It is a great setting-off point for fun stuff.

Favorite thing about LA: Personally, I'm not a big city personality so LA is perfect for me! Why you may ask? Well let say I drive 1 hour east from my house...I hit Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear lake for a leisurely afternoon on a pontoon! How about some bass fishing? OK, lets take a drive 1 hour west...whoohoo! You can hit any beach along the coast. Personally I love Laguna beach with all those alcoves and private beaches. Or check out the fun filled Santa Monica pier! Lets go south...anybody been to San Diego? Talk about perfect weather. How about north? Las Vegas for y'all gambers! What can I say about where I live...hmmmmm. I'll let you decide!
What can I say about our program other than its located in the center of FUN! Well, come and check us out. If you don't find one of us here its because we're surfing, hiking, camping, enjoying the diverse cultural foods and drinks in our neighborhood....Oh yah, we occasionally come to work!
