| The
Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center at the Keck School
of Medicine of the University of Southern California offers
education and training for healthcare professionals. We focus
on clinical training and consultation for providers, including
physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses,
dentists, dental hygienists, and pharmacists.
Our education and training ranges from intensive clinical
training and longitudinal clinical consultation training to
interactive workshops and didactic lectures. We also provide
capacity building and technical assistance for agencies and
clinics.
Our training programs are funded by a federal grant from
the HIV/AIDS Bureau of the U.S. Health Resources and Services
Administration (HRSA). Thus there is minimal or no charge
to participants.
