APPLICATION

Applicants to the USC Division of Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases Fellowhsip Program must be eligible for the American Board of Internal Medicine Examination or its foreign equivalent.

All applicants must be in possession of a California License proior to the beginning of the Fellowship (by March 30th).

The following materials must be submitted and completed by the application deadline:

  1. Currilculum Vitae
  2. USC GI Fellowship Application Form
  3. Personal Statement: Applicants should include a brief description of their interests and career goals, reasons for choosing subspecialty training in gastroenterology and research experience.
  4. Three Letters of Recommendation: Letters should be from full time faculty with academics titles who have had the opportunity to supervise the candidate.
  5. Recent Photohraph: Please write your name and social security number on the back of your photograph(optional)

Because of the great number of applications, some BUT NOT ALL of the candidates will be invited for an interview. Interviews will be requested only from applicants who have submitted completed applications. Interviews dates will be scheduled approximately in the months of December and January.
