RESIDENT RESEARCH TRACK
Many house officers participate in the active research efforts of
our faculty. To foster and promote the development of those individuals
anticipating academic careers, house officers may petition to participate
in a Research Track in which a resident may spend up to three consecutive
months doing faculty supervised research in either their PGII or
PGIII year.
RESIDENT CURRICULUM

mentoring relationship and to explore topics such as finding a mentor,
starting a research project, IRB Applications, grant opportunities,
and other aspects of clinical and basic science investigations.
CASE REPORT GROUP

the documentation and submission of case reports for presentations
or publications. All PGIs are required to prepare a case report
