We, at the USC Adult Comprehensive Epilepsy Program consider education of our patients and their families one of our major goals. All three of our epileptologists are members of the Professional Advisory Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. We donate our time to the planning and coordination of the Foundation’s annual Brain Storm Summit as well as a variety of mini-symposia throughout the year.
We supervise two Neurophysiology Fellows annually, performing EEG, sleep study and EP interpretations, managing patients for Video-EEG monitoring in the hospital, and performing pre-surgical work-up, as well as functional brain mapping.
