How do I make an appointment at the MS Center?
You may make an appointment by calling 323-442-5710 Monday -Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Check your health insurance policy to see if you need a physician referral. In preparation for your visit, you will receive an information packet, which will include helpful advise and questionnaires to help make your visit as easy as possible.
