How do I make an appointment at the MS Center?
What should I bring to my appointment?
Will my insurance cover my office visit and tests?
What can I expect at my first appointment?
What if I need more tests or referrals for other specialists?

What should I bring to my appointment?
If you have been seen by doctors regarding your neurological symptoms in the past, it is most helpful if you bring a health history and records of your consultations. Be sure to try and obtain all results of tests on blood and spinal fluid examinations as well as electrophysiological (evoked potentials) or other special tests. If you have had a MRI of your brain or spinal cord, bring the films along with the written report, if possible.
