Jeffrey S. Lee, MD
is Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology at
the University of Southern California Keck School of
Medicine. He is a graduate of Yale University School
of Medicine, trained in Anesthesiology at the University
of California, San Diego and the University of California,
Los Angeles and did additional training in Cardiac Anesthesiology
at UCLA. Dr. Lee is certified as a Lifetime Diplomate
by the American Board of Anesthesiology and voluntarily
recertified in 2000. He has been practicing Obstetric
Anesthesiology with university or private groups for
more than 25 years. |

Uri Elkayam, MD
is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular
Medicine at the University of Southern California Keck
School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from
Tel-Aviv University in Israel in 1973, after which he
completed Internship and Residency at Ichilov Hospital,
also in Israel, from 1973 to 1976. Dr. Elkayam completed
fellowships in Cardiology at the Hospital of Albert
Einstein in New York and the Cedars Sinai Medical Center
in Los Angeles from 1976 to 1979. He is board-certified
in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Dr.
Elkayam has a special interest in congestive heart failure
and heart disease in pregnancy, and he oversees the
care of all pregnant women with heart disease in the
Women’s & Children’s Hospital Obstetric
Cardiology Clinic. |
