Medical Student Rotations

Based in a Level I trauma center, the service consists of three trauma teams comprised of a full-time faculty member (7 days a week), a senior resident, a junior resident, an intern and one or two medical students. The preceptor for Medical Student education in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, C. Thomas Vangsness, Jr., M.D., oversees medical student education.
