Medical Care
- Full check-ups
- Immunizations

- Lab tests including HIV-specific monitoring (T-cells, viral load, genotyping, phenotyping)
- Anti-HIV medications
- Opportunistic infections prevention
- Assessment and treatment of acute medical conditions
- Individualized treatment plans
Reproductive health care
- Family planning, including birth control
- PAP smears & gynecological exams
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment
- On-site colposcopy
On-site prenatal & perinatal care
Acute care and hospitalization
- Direct admissions to the LAC+USC Women's and Children's Hospital or General Hospital
- Co-ordination of care during hopsitalization with individualized discharge planning
Comprehensive Mental Health care
- Case management
- Psychiatric assessments and treatment
- Developmental evaluations
- Support groups
- Individual counseling
- Art therapy
Assistance and referrals to access specific services including:
- Housing
- Transportation
- Food
- Child care
- Legal help
- Mental health counseling
Comprehensive medical and psychoscoial care to HIV-exposed children born to HIV-positive mothers
Confidential HIV testing and counseling for family members or partners
Access to Clinical Research Trials
Access to nutritional counseling
Dental referrals to on-site dentist, USC School of Dentistry, and others
On site playroom with child life specialists coordinating age-appropriate activities
On site computer program for children
Referrals and application assistance for residential camps (available to HIV-positive and HIV-negative children and adolescents)
Access to transportation (bus tokens, emergency taxi)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Services available in Spanish, French, Creole
- Medical and other health plans accepted
- Referrals to supplemental health plan coverage program (CCS) available to HIV-positive children and adolescents and to children born to HIV-positive mothers (for first 6 months of life)
- Medication coverage assistance (ADAP Program)
- Community Pharmacy referrals (home delivery of medications and medical supplies available)
