USC Transdisciplinary Drug Abuse Prevention Research Center (TPRC)

The USC Transdisciplinary Drug Abuse Prevention Research Center applies basic research from multiple disciplines to the study of drug abuse and its prevention. Through these efforts, the center seeks to develop a better understanding of the causes of drug abuse and the mechanisms through which interventions have effects. The center develops and tests new prevention strategies and modalities that emerge from this application of basic research.
